Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Woodmark Hotels, we understand that travel plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please review our cancellation and refund policy before making a reservation.
Individual Reservations (FIT)
Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.
Late Cancellation
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time, a charge equivalent to one night's room tariff will be applicable.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), one night's room tariff will be charged.
Group Reservations
A booking of 5 rooms or more will be considered a group reservation.
Free Cancellation
Group reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.
Late Cancellation
For cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time, a charge equivalent to one night's room tariff per cancelled room will be applicable.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, one night's room tariff per room will be charged.
Reservation Modifications
Requests to modify reservation dates, room categories, or guest details are subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of modification. Woodmark Hotels reserves the right to accept or decline modification requests based on availability.
Early Departure
Guests who choose to check out before their confirmed departure date will not be eligible for a refund for any unused nights.
Refund Processing
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Force Majeure
Woodmark Hotels shall not be held liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, public emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
